The Role

  • Be a proud Brand Ambassador, delivering friendly, upbeat service to every customer

  • Create memorable and fun experiences - whether assisting guests in store or supporting our team at portable booth events

  • Create content for Instagram and Tiktok

  • Keep our store looking fresh and inviting by merchandising and replenishing, resetting booths with attention to detail

  • Follow shift checklists, store procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure smooth operations

  • Assist with troubleshooting of machines and equipment

  • Provide helpful product knowledge and guidance to customers

About You

You are someone who:

  • Has a friendly and outgoing attitude

  • Can work autonomously, stay on task, and take initiative without constant supervision

  • Is comfortable in front of the camera and proficient with editing software

  • Is reliable, punctual and comfortable following checklists

  • Takes pride in keeping spaces clean, tidy and welcoming
